Everything you want to know

When your train is delayed by 60 minutes or more, you're entitled to cash compensation. Have you had 10 delays of at least 30 minutes on the same route within 6 months? Then you're entitled to SNCB credit.
No. Railclaim is an independent tool that helps travellers know their rights and submit claims more easily. The final assessment of your claim is always made by SNCB itself.
For a delay of 60 minutes or more you have 3 months to submit a claim. For SNCB credit (10 delays of 30–60 minutes) you have 9 months after the first delay. Did you have delays in recent months for which you haven't submitted a claim? Create an account and discover right away how much you can still recover.
Railclaim automatically fills in the online SNCB claim form with all your delay details: planned and actual departure time, arrival time, train number and more. You only need to click send. For this feature you need the Google Chrome browser.
No, you don't. Railclaim automatically monitors all delays on your route. As soon as there's a delay you're entitled to compensation for, you'll receive a notification. Missed a delay anyway? You can always add it afterwards.
Railclaim does its best to record all delays as accurately as possible, but sometimes a delay may be missed or a compensation estimate may differ from the actual amount. Something not right? Contact our support and we'll sort it out together.
